Tom's new co-star, Jeremy Renner, recently spoke to Liz Braun of Sunmedia of Canada regarding his new movie 'The Town' which premiere's shortly, as well as all his upcoming movies, including MI 4.
This is what Jeremy had to say about Tom:
"As for all the big movies he's got coming up, Renner says, "I get overwhelmed when I think about the whole gamut, so right now I'm just focused on Mission Impossible. I'll start training for it this afternoon. Tom (Cruise) has been nothing but an amazing champion and a giving human being, and he's the main reason I'm doing it."
Jeremy sounds like a heck of a nice guy, not to mention hardworking! Alot like Tom!!
Paula Patton has been cast as an operative for the IMF who is working with Ethan Hunt in the upcoming Mission Impossible film.
Paula
previously appeared in the film 'Precious' and will join the cast of
'Law and Order: SVU' for multiple episodes this fall. She's married to
singer Robin Thicke. They have a son, Julian who was born in April.
Paula joins Tom, Ving Rhames, and Jeremy Renner in the film which is scheduled to begin shooting this fall.

JEREMY RENNER TO JOIN TOM IN MISSION IMPOSSIBLE IV
We've just received confirmation that Academy Award nominee and star of 'The Hurt Locker' Jeremy Renner will be joining Tom as his costar in the up coming Mission Impossible IV.
Mission Impossible IV is scheduled to begin production late this fall. Production offices have already opened in Vancouver and locations in Prague and Dubai have also been mentioned. Brad Bird is directing and JJ Abrams and Tom are producing.
Congratulations to Jeremy! We can't wait to see what Tom, JJ and Brad have in store for us in the 4th installment of the MI series!

CHOREOGRAPHER LAUREN GOTTLIEB TALKS ABOUT WORKING WITH TOM
Lauren Gottlieb, season 3 winner of 'So You Think You Can Dance', has spoken recently about being called in to assist with the choreography on Tom's amazing dance as Les Grossman at the MTV Awards. This is what she had to say about our Tom:
SY: You’re also a choreographer. Most recently, you choreographed the widely talked about dance performance of Tom Cruise as Les Grossman with Jennifer Lopez for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Did you have any idea that it would gain so much wide-spread recognition?
LG: Yeah, I definitely did. I got called in to help, and I was actually coming from a ‘Glee’ rehearsal. I had no idea what I was walking into, and it was Tom Cruise. I was like, “You could have warned me!” But it was so much fun, and he’s brilliant. He threw himself into the character right away. Instead of trying to teach him steps, we just put on the song, and let him jam out, and see what would come out and see how his body would move. Then I would throw in some arms, and make it a little more visual. It was a couple of months we were going a good three times a week. I got to know the whole family pretty well. Being on set, where they shoot all the little acting bits for the Movie Awards, it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot, and got to see the real deal. He was amazing.
